Public Policy

As the advocate for business in Washington County, the Greater Greenwich Chamber of Commerce monitors issues at all levels of government to promote a healthy business climate for our members and our community.

Our public policy is reflective of the Chamber's mission and vision with the business community's feedback.  We provide leadership and take action on issues important to businesses at the local, state, and federal levels.

Legislative priorities are driven by a survey of all Chamber members, input from the Business Advocacy Committee, and additional input and approval of the Board of Directors.

Members of the Business Advocacy Committee are business leaders and policy makers that develop the Chamber's agenda and policies to ensure economic growth and prosperity for the greater Greenwich area.

Throughout the year, the Greenwich Chamber strives to provide opportunities to connect with officials and legislators that allow businesses to stay informed and give feedback.
